Date night has changed a bit these days. We usually do a date night in or more like a Netflix on the couch. There are some days I still like to dress and put on some makeup and do my hair. Whether it's date night out or date night in, you'll want to try this look. It's natural, fresh, and fun. Here are the products I used for this look.

Directions:

  1. Start by prepping the skin with moisturizer and a primer. I didn't prime my skin this time, but if you're looking for the longevity I highly recommend using a primer.
  2. Apply concealer onto lids to prime lids and even out the skin tone.
  3. Apply the color Bailout or a cream color to whole eyelid.
  4. Sweep Relish or a cranberry shade onto the outer edge of lid using a blending brush.
  5. Press the color Girlcrush or a sparkly burgundy shade onto inner lid, make sure to blend the colors so there are not harsh edges.
  6. Next, use the Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Eye Liner on the eyelid close to the lash line, you can do a slight cat eye for lift.
  7. Fill in your brows with Anastasia Dip Brow starting at the arch and filling the rest of the brow. Use a spool comb the brown and make brush out any hard lines.
  8. Apply Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear Foundation starting in the middle of the face. I like to draw a t on my forehead down my nose and on my laugh lines. Using a foundation brush blend the foundation from the middle of your face outward until it blends with your skin.
  9. Next apply concealer to under eye area and blend with the rest of your skin. I like using a sponge to press the products together.
  10. Press the Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder underneath the unde eye to set the concealer and let it sit for a few minutes.
  11. Next using the Makeup Geek palette dip your a fluffy brush on to the contour color and gently apply onto cheekbones.
  12. Using the same palette apply pink blush to the apples of your cheeks.
  13. Apply the highlighter from the same palette on top of cheekbones, down bridge of nose and onto the temples of your forehead. Also the inner corner of your eyes for a little more shimmer.
  14. Grab the Ardell lashes and measure to your eyes to make sure it fits perfectly.
  15. Curl your lashes.
  16. Once the lashes are fit to size apply glue to the lashes and let it sit for a few seconds to get tacky.
  17. Apply the lashes with your head tilted up 45 degree angle and eyes looking down to get as close to the lash line.
  18. Press the lashes with your own.
  19. Apply the mascara to bind the false lashes with your own lashes.
  20. Last but not least, apply a gloss on your lips.
  21. Time to strike a pose, you're ready for your date!

My amazing friend sent a date night package complete with the beautiful dress I'm wearing, Stila makeup kit, Spiced Honey candle, and a frame for our date night photo, so sweet and thoughtful. I'm definitely ready for my date.
